How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know...I’m not an IT tech.
What do you expect to see? It fixed

Been having a few issues today with game cutting off, not saving and progressions lost and now the latest is my SIM is working in the fashion store and she ends up in the cafe/ restaurant sewing on the tables...it seems to be going haywire. I tried attaching a screenshot but the file seems to be too big. Lost some SIM money on apparel as well.

That sounds strange, can you tell me what your player ID is? It is 13 numbers, this page explains how to find this: https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile/
