Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all packs except Eco Lifestyle, Cottage Living, Dream House, Paranormal, and a few stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I asked the father sim to give food from his inventory for his son but he keeps waving his hands holding a plate of food. The daddy sim is a vampire, so I tested with spellcaster young adult sim but have the same issue.

What do you expect to see? I'm expecting that the parent sims can give a food from their inventory to their toddler son.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The things I tried to fix it myself.
1. I moved my saved game into the newly created Sims 4 but no luck.
2. I repaired whole game in Origin but still no luck.
I wish they can grab serving for their son or even they can give food to their son from inventory.
