Gilmore power up not working

Summarize your bug I am trying to power up 88 Gilmore by adding the 90 version. I go to upgrade and it brings me to my binder and right to his 90 card but when I go to add it I am told the server cant process my request. Please help me fix this. I spent $100 yesterday and couldn't even use the cards I got.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? It brings me back to the main menu
What do you expect to see? A powered up gilmore.

I am trying to add my 90 stephon Gilmore to my powered up version and every time I try to do it it brings me to my binder to select him then when it do it tells me the server couldn't process my request. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@westerqb10 Happening to me all week, been trying to power up my Luke K 88 power card using my 90 Luke k card. Keeps saying sever cannot process your request.
