Gibraltar's Dome of Protection completely disappears while doing finisher

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Using finisher under Dome of Protection

What happens when the bug occurs? I placed Dome of Protection on knocked enemy, to finish him safely and regain shields. I saw Dome being set up and suddenly it disappeared, while counting as placed and went on CD after that... (check video)
What should be happening instead? Dome should not disappear like that
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If only I knew. Might have to do something with place, me starting finisher, or Dome being so fresh out from cooldown.

I specially made video longer to show how CD on Dome behaved after that.
On the side note: my first thread was marked as spam for some reason. This is really discouraging in reporting new bugs in the future.
