Ghost member of guild cannot be found, cannot be Removed

There is someone in our guild taking up space who is not actually in our guild.

He blocks a spot of our 50-man roster but because he doesn't show up in our Guild membership list, so we can't Remove him.

His name is Forizen, see screenshot.

I can't take a screenshot of all 48 (47) members to "prove" he doesn't appear in the list, but he doesn't. 

I am an officer of the guild, all of the officers have this issue.

The guild is Mol Eliza Empire. Please remove that member from the guild. (We assume he quit playing the game)

[We have 3 who would like to join but are holding because otherwise we have to choose 2 and eliminate 1]

We'received experiencing the same issue. We are listed as 50/50 but we physically count only 47/50. There are no pending invites and similarly to the problem described in this thread, 3 names do appear in the Guild Activities list of players.

Thank you for fixing this issue.

Anything about the Pit Leaderboard reset, that I mentioned in another thread?

Basically, in May, our points reset but the rest didn't.
