Summarize your bug I can put a full clip into a player and they take small damage and then they fire one bullet and I am dead instantly. These players often have ping in the 80-200 range. Additionally these players can kill you around corners and behind solid cover. Can we PLEASE have at least SOME region locked servers so these cheaters don't take advantage?

Was playing North American servers today and was getting STOMPED over and over by a USSR tagged player with 140 ping. INSTANT deaths and can't do same damage to him. UNFAIR.

MANY instances of insta-death by high ping players, getting shot around corners and behind cover recently. WORST GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE when this happens.
