Summarize your bug I was doing a phase 1 combat mission with my Darth Revan squad and after I killed the last enemy of phase 1 and while it was transitioning to phase 2 the screen stayed black. The game was unresponsive and it was stuck that way for a good 5 -10 mins before I gave up and restarted the app losing my TB progress.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Hi @sirreignbatt and sorry to hear that.

We've checked our logs and it looks like your game crashed during the transition phase. Despite having more than enough RAM available, we would recommend closing all unused background apps to prevent this from happening. Also, make sure you have enough battery power, some devices tend to enter a power-saving mode when the battery is low, which can impact the game's performance as well.
