Summarize your bug When using “The Negotiator”, General Kenobi doesn’t appear to ever receive his bonus turn meter. I have tried this against different teams and have never seen him get his turn meter. Steps
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use “The Negotiator” when suffering no debuffs on team. Watch GK turn meter.

@Mikalossandrikos What team are you using? For example, if Padme is on the team, her "always a choice" Unique prevents allies from gaining bonus turn meter.

Forgive my ignorance, what ship does Padme command. He is asking about the Negotiator, GK Capitol ship. I don’t think Padme has anything to do with fleets.
