Summarize your bug Gear13 upgrades are stuck on the same characters. I have already acquired 2 of 3, but the gear “Injector xxx” doesn’t point to a new character (e.g. still Admiral Ackbar and JKA) even though I have already upgraded to Gear13 on both. I was working on the 3rd (General Skywalker), but during the last update this one DID change to Cara Dune for some reason. The other two remain stuck, so I cannot upgrade any new characters to G13 level, and if I craft injector gear (which I did on one) again, still stuck. Any ideas?

@Gorvil Hi, I’m a bit confused about what you’re trying to report.
It looks like you have a g13 Ackbar and Jedi Knight Anakin.
Each g12 “finisher” piece is unique to a character, so you should only craft them on the character you intend to equip. Did you craft one for a character you don’t want to promote?

Thx for the response @GlasOS-013. I will try to explain better below:
I am aware that each g12 “finisher” piece is unique. So, when level 13 was created, my finisher pieces were auto-allocated for Ackbar, JKA, and General Skywalker. I did collect the relevant salvage pieces and I did craft the finisher pieces for Ackbar and JKA. I am (was) in the process of collecting finisher salvage for GS.
However, after I raised Ackbar and JKA to level 13, the underlying finisher piece salvage still says if I craft a finisher piece, it is still for Ackbar and/or JKA. Not a different character. To be specific, if I look under C-3PO finisher piece, the Injector Cell still states “Used to craft gear Power Cell Injector (Plasma) - Jedi Knight Anakin” even though JKA has already been promoted G13.
So, this has been the situation for some time, and I thought this error might automatically correct over time. After this last update, I am still in the situation where finisher pieces still state they are for Ackbar and JKA, not other characters, but General Skywalker has been changed with Cara Dune...also not my preference somehow. So at this point, even if I have collected sufficient finisher salvage, I cannot use any finisher pieces to level up any other characters. Stuck.
I did try to make a second finisher piece for Ackbar, thinking that might make the system unstuck or refresh. But no, this did not work and clearly wasted the resources for a useless extra finisher piece.

Hi ChristophIV, thanks for the suggestion, but I don’t think so because that is what I tried previously with Ackbar salvage...I created another finisher piece (Injector Handle)while in the gear field of a different character. I got a second finisher piece for Ackbar...which of course cannot be used anywhere else now. Kind of reluctant to test that theory again...

Hi @GladOS-013, yes, that is what I am saying. I now have an extra Ackbar finisher piece for trying that. The salvage still refers to Ackbar when open in other characters. I am currently missing a piece of that upgrade component so I can’t show you a screen shot example for Ackbar, but I can show you for Darth Revan when the salvage refers to Cara Dune. If the salvage is not character specific, then I should be able to use for another character, right? But that is not the way it works for my game. The “Injector Head Salvage” is character specific, now to Cara Dune. So, I cannot craft this piece for Darth Revan as shown in the screen shot. (Is this the way it is supposed to work?... I don’t know anymore.) If this is working correctly, the problem I have is that once I craft one finisher piece for the referenced character (e.g. Cara Dune) the reference character doesn’t move on...stays the same, and I cannot create finisher pieces for other characters - only for Cara Dune (or Ackbar & JKA) again.

@Gorvil How many Kyrotech Shock Prod salvage do you have (in your screenshot of the Darth Revan piece, top middle)? You need 100 (2 x 50) and the green cross appears when you have enough for one of the two. This will prevent you crafting the whole piece, if you have insufficient of that salvage.
The "Cara Dune" reference is just a display bug as mentioned above.

Hi @ChristophIV ChristophIV, thanks for pointing that out. I have insufficient KSP salvage for 2. I will collect and see if that resolves the issue. That would be great if so. I will report back once I am able to test.
