Specs are looking good and shouldn't prevent you from running the game. 

You can try the standard troubleshooting steps:

- Run Origin and Fe as admin

- Clear Origin cache

- Repair Fe via Origin (right click on Fe)

- Perform a Clean boot of Windows to see if any other programs are interfering. Be sure to only boot up Origin and Fe and if it works, boot up your programs one by one to see which one is causing the issue. Be sure the boot up Windows normally after you're done testing.
