It’s a known issue after every TB start , no need to reinstall the game. After 15-20 min everything is ok. But it’s a issue at your po time.

Our guild experienced it too. Just have to wait it out. Don't un-install. It will work again and be laggy for a bit after. Happens every time payout for TW when a TB starts after
