I'm having the same problem. Has this error been fixed before?

How does one get compensation for this problem? I'm missing out on guild currency and refreshes cause of this. I am not happy with just crystals as I've got crystals, I demand guild currency as well unless GREATLY compensated with crystals.

I had the same problem, and becouse of it I couldn't finish my galactic war for the guild activity, didn't get the green crystals, the shards for the boxes...

I hope EA will compensate for it.
