Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Wraith
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Pathfinder
Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Champ select works, everything after does not.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Spawning into the game or tutorial.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 20-25
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 10.02.19 20:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot move, ping, chat, talk, launch, relinquish dropmaster... nothing. My character just floats over to the end of the map where I am forced to drop and then I am stuck on the spot that I land. On Tutorial I spawn into the tunnel and cannot move and eventually disconnect due to inactivity. The game is completely unplayable all of a sudden.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Figure out what is causing the connectivity issue. I can search for a server, choose a legend. Everything after that is broken. A grey connectivity symbol is next to everything.
The game is completely unplayable, I've reinstalled multiple times. I dont know what broke the game.

Hey the latest update fixed the issue!
I loaded up into training to see if the connectivity symbols were still there. Instead they were replaced by a different gray symbol. I then noticed that none of the keys were assigned and had to reassign (restore defaults) and was able to play again.

I tried out all of these methods without any success sadly:
I will try a clean boot and get rid of background programs, but I doubt any success will come of it.
