I have the same issue. We have 4 accounts in the household all with different android devices and none of us are able to get into the game. I have submitted a bug report to EA.

Having same problem. Reinstalled and tried WiFi and cellular data and restart of iPad. Ally code 234328779

Same issue. Missed squad arena payout and will likely miss Fleet arena payout (it is due in 50 minutes)
