Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Logged onto my sims mobile game and shocked to find out my game has been restarted or deleted with the Create A Sims page. I am a Level 50 player who has used a my own real cash into this game, please return my saved gamed

Did you have any backup options on? You might be able to recover the game through those.
