Summarize your bug During Arena battles the game just stops responding and freezes. This have happened approximately 8-10 times since I installed the game on the phone. For some strange reason it often happens often when my CLS, Chewie, RHan, GAT, (DN/R2/OB) team is up against Revan teams, and Revan have just marked one of my toons. I've tried to clear application data and even reinstalled the game, but the error still returns randomly.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, since I never had this problem on my former phone. But there seams to be happening more often against opponents that just used some kind of AoE attack with many animations (Revans Direct Focus, Darth Sions Tornment etc). I have experienced these freezes both on WiFi and on Mobile connections.

Can confirm that this problem returns about once or twice a week. Today just as I was battling DR for 2nd in the arena while the opposing Traya did her saber storm (as shown on the picture)
I've reinstalled the game at least 3 times and followed the guidance above without noticing any improvements

New day, new freeze up. This time in the ships arena, which is a new experience for me...
This happen right after I choosed to use Endurance Fortune Favors the Bold... After a restart of the game, it worked as intended in the next match, but I have no doubts that this will happen again here or in other battles later.

Ok, another one. This time P2 heroic Sith raid. This is getting ridiculous...

Have the same phone, same issues with the game as you, and this "troubleshooting" advice is all that's ever given...and despite it not working, as reported by EVERYONE they've advised to do it, they continue to tell folks to try that first...all the while failing to even acknowledge it's a game-specific issue that obviously is coming from within the coding of the game. Bricked my old phone thinking it was obsolete and bought this brand spankin' new OnePlus 6T, and even after a fresh install after buying the phone, and then once again when it started ranodmly freezing, it still does the same freezing nonsense to this day. Been going on since early February for me, though just on the new phone. Issue has been around since December at least, and I can verify I'm not alome from the bug reports out there.

Yes, I've seen that too. Back in December I was kind of indifferent, and I wasn't sure if it was an error caused by the game itself or OnePlus OxygenOS and their Game mode. Since then I've tried out tens of other games on the same phone, and never experienced any freeze ups, so I'm pretty sure there's a bug in this game somewhere that surfaces when there's some combination of mechanics taking place during battles. That freeze-up yesterday in fleets was a first timer for me, since all the other freeze-ups have happend in battle situations and usually around 20-30 seconds into the fight.
After yesterdays problems I've started to restart the game now and then, hoping that will avoid further hick-ups, but will continue to expand this report with more screen shots and info if/when it happens again.
BTW... thanks for the response!

@CG_MindTricks
I've gathered some similar reports that shows that my case isn't unique. I'm still battling it, and as mentioned above had a new high of 2 freeze-ups as late as yesterday. One similarity between all my freeze-ups have been that they occur 20-30 seconds into the battles (arena, GA, Hstr raids and even in fleet battles like yesterdays post). They still occur random, and it can go days before the error returns, so I know these errors probably are difficult to reproduce. Nevertheless... they're real and I believe there are many more that's experiencing them, but don't post reports about it in here.

No antivirus, but often have apps like Gmail, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook etc running in the background. It shouldn't really matter though, since they're usually running as background tasks in Android anyway doing synchronizing etc as usual.
Given the randomness these freeze-ups happens, there's really not more info I can provide, besides that they usually happens between 20-30 seconds into battle, and often during/after the more graphic "intensive" animations (AoE attacks, multiple GUI/status updates and so on like Trayas saber storm, etc).
