Game randomly crashes during Tier 1 of Jedi Master Kenobi event

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug The game crashed randomly while doing Jedi Master Kenobi T1 event. This has happened 2 out of 6 times. As a result I have lost 30 light side tickets.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure because it does not happen every time. I have done the battle consecutively 3 times, then 1 crash. Then another battle without any problem, and then another crash.

Same deal here, tier 1 of the gl kenobi event, 3 crashes last 3 days.  Screen goes black, game closes, tokens lost, no shards rewarded ,  more aggravation, more wait, more wondering if this garbage will happen during the 12x i have to do the ultimate event....300 crystals isnt an acceptable compensation to keep going through this cycle...they better start rewarding  shards or ultimate abilities,  I'm done with this rng ticket farming Just to have to game keep crashing

@Iezrith just started ticket farm today.Two good runs on phase 1, then my 3rd run crashed.

this issue is not resolved, i just lost 15 tickets to the same bug

I have had the same issue today.

Crash in Tier 1.

i have done all refreshes of 200s to get him unlocked before the new GA round.

Needless to say I would be happy to either get my 600 crystals back or the 10 shards

This should not happen.

the Solution is simple actually. just make it so Tickets arent Used unless the Game is finished.

rather then take the ticket used at start of the event.

i list a round myself (tho thats probably a bluestack issue then a EA one but who knows.)
