My summary sums it up, since Relics were brought to the game, TONS of people having TONS of issues. They are currently working on a fix for the buttons go missing in battle issue, which has been an issue for OVER A YEAR (See my profile here posted about many times, as has MANY others), but it is NOT the only issue!

The thread above is likely to be closed soon by Kyno and moved to archives, like they all are there. Here are just a "few" of those that have been posted:

@CG_MindTricks Thank you for the reply. I don't see random freezes anywhere on the Dev Tracker? Last night I had another Squad Arena battle just completely freeze, as in the game locked up, and I had to restart the entire game. The weird thing is, over the years when having issues with the game, usually for me Squad Arena was never affected.

The most concerning issues out of the very big list of ongoing ones right now is the buttons disappearing (just seen the update for that), and the random game freezes, which require a reboot to get out of, and can happen anywhere in the game, so will include GAC and make it very unfair.

Maybe I am just not seeing random freezes on Dev Tracker? If they are not there, please add this very important issue many people as you see from the numerous threads I linked are having it

@jayjonbeach Hey, so this issue is tracked under TU17 Performance issues which has the following description:
- 1-3 sec UI lag after tapping on characters or other areas in the game.
- The app is lagging when scrolling through the character inventory
- A "low memory" client crash can occur on min spec devices

The freezes that you are experiencing are probably low memory client crashes.

Hope this helps clarify the issue. We will just need to wait for this ticket to be addressed and then see what's the situation once performance improves.

In your problems or in your comments being shut down

I find it’s especially bad while TW is going on.

I just needed to come over and read about other people having the same problem to let the frustration die down a bit. Too many arena crashes...

min spec device? Either it’s a supported device or it isn’t.

Since the relic update this happens in my iPhone 10s max and now 11 pro... at speed 4x battery begins overheating and it seems like the lagging is a throttling issue, happens less at 2x speed and once the phone cools performance returns to normal until phone overheats during gameplay... this issue did not exist before relic update and is happening on 2 different devices, one of them brand new and most current technology
