Game not Loading - Stuck in Title Screen

This is happening to me on ps4 as well, I tried a different psn ID and it let me in, but when I try my main account, it dosent get past the title screen.

I had the exact same issue and removing the flash drive I had plugged in actually fixed it. Thank you so much for discovering this. I hadn't been able to get past the title screen for literal days.
I can't believe they still haven't fixed this.
