How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug Game lags after 5 minutes of play. Getting “Heroes isn’t responding” message. Then game crashes. It has done this often costing me positions in GAC, Arena, cost me 60 tickets on Saturday 6/12/21 in JML Event and countless energy in Conquest battles.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the data logs in my account.

The team are aware of increased rate of crashing. They are working to reduce these over the next several title updates. More information can be seen in the below link:
