Game keeps randomly crashing

What happens when the bug occurs? The game closes or freezes and then closes. No error message, nothing, It's like the game just turns itself off. I noticed though, every time this happens, Origin says "A content patch is available, please refresh to get the updates". Even if I refresh, there is no new content and it keeps appearing every time the game closes.
What should be happening instead? The game should be working...
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There doesn't seem to be an obvious trigger to this issue. My best guess is just playing the game in full squad. Unless Origin could be causing it.

A small patch went out last night. Were you eventually able to download it and get into the ring?

Well this particular crash happened after the patch. It seems that the patch didn't fix the crashing for me. (Unless there was another patch later in the night, I remember downloading one.)
I also think it is not directly tied to The Ring, since the game crashes at random places.

I just noticed the location is called The Pit, not The ring... My bad.

yes its downloaded and now my game crashes every game. ^^ cant play one single game w/o crash since the update.
