Game hangs when trying to enter Challenges, Events, and Mod Challenges

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Game hangs indefinitely, showing only the background screen, when attempting to view "Events" and "Mod Challenges", "Challenges" screens. This began happening immediately after the update on July 11th.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug occurs whenever trying to enter the named sub-rooms from the main cantina.

Screen shown after clicking on "Events" in the main cantina. Seems to hang indefinitely here... at least for the several minutes I have sat watching it.

Hi everyone and thank you for the reports.

We've published a small Hotfix to correct several issues, including the stuck on loading screen and crash in the challenges and event screen.

Reinstalling or a clean restart should fix it for everyone. Thank you for sticking with us!

This is happening to me in both Android and iOS, 3 different accounts, 3 different devices.

I have same issue as described above. Additionally, i can't do any shard farming. No events, no challenges, no missions. Thanks for screwing this up 👍

An uninstall and fresh re-install does not fix the problem, either.

KNOWN ISSUES

• We are aware of an issue with Prestigious Quest Fulcrum Agent Tier 3 “Infiltrate” not completing. We are working to resolve this quickly and should have it corrected by the next update.
• The text for Mod Challenge requirements is missing- The requirements section isn't displaying restrictions for entering battle but the Mods Challenges still have faction requirements to enter.
• Challenges and Events screen Crash - Client crashes or hangs when entering the Challenges or Events Screen
• Some players can't complete Finish all Daily Activities despite finshing all previous activities

Mine does the same except it also shows the loading symbol... Doesn’t load tho. Everything else loads almost instantly but Challenges, Ship challenges, Events, Mod Challenges, and when u try get ur toons gear and click ‘find’ on a certain gear piece. Rip my Zetas from ship challenges for today I guess. Already tried reinstalling the game and trying it on data instead of wifi none worked

I blame Solo for this. Released movie at the wrong time of year and then added toons that didn't make a good PvP squad of enfyc nest was best toon from that movie.
