Summarize your bug I am not happy. I went to play my first game of cabals war games event and it froze before the game started but was already paired up, and I had a perfect connection. If I don't get reimbursed in some way, then I will no longer be playing this game

Sorry you encountered this issue Unfortunately I can't reimburse you for anything but I'd like to investigate and see if there's any issue that may have caused this. Can you send me your Persona ID, found in Settings > About? It's possible your connection dropped, even for just a moment or encountered interference from another application in the background.
