Game freezing at random times since a recent update ~ 2-3 weeks ago

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It might be tough to replicate, it just happens at random times.

Have been playing for a few years and since one of the last updates about 2 weeks ago, many of us who had NO problems before, now have random game freezes. It might be the Feb 27 update, since all of us noticed this started around 2 -3 weeks ago. IIRC there was a client update as well recently not sure if has different timing than the other more minor updates, but bottom line they broke something.

For myself, it could happen anywhere in the game at any time, like just looking at someone's character inside the GrandArena reward section, other day in the middle of battle in GrandArena, then a battle in TB, etc just lots of random freezes, which is just how it sounds, the game completely locks up and you can do anything but shut it down, completely frozen.

See this thread for some of the complaints, note that one guy there reported at least another FIVE people in his guild are having the issue as well.

I hope this will be investigated ASAP, I lost an easy GA match due to this, and others have similar experiences of course.

I too had reported them but then they asked for logs and solved the case now after that i have given 2 logs for example those were actually critical causes but ea has marked solved this freezing stuttering and crashing had been constant in past 2 weeks first being exclusive to territory war now its in grand arena, raids, Territory Battle but new title update has been pushed out dont know how it functions

Did you already try a fresh and clean install of the game? Additionally, closing all background app to free RAM might help to prevent this from happening.

Considering that the Asus Transformer TF101 was released in 2011 and has only 1 GB of RAM it is possible, that it is coming to a point where it is running out of RAM or resources in general, leading to a freeze or crash. If you have another Android device you can check if this is happening on it as well.

Can you provide us with your ally-code, so we can have a closer look?

Sorry man, but my game is doing the exact same thing...difference is I have a brand new (less than one month old) OnePlus 6T that has no other games on it, and it is now randomly freezing, though at least to date mine have only happened while in battle. A few of them froze during the loading circle, or during the animation leading to the fight.  Cache is clear, have lots and lots of RAM on the phone, and the memory on the phone is 90% free.

Still waiting for a response, as it is impossible this is occurring due to my phone being "old" or not having enough memory, or processing power. Game is freezing up at least 3 to 4 times a day at random. Thankfully it's only been during battles I can reattempt after rebooting the game the last few days, but has cost me a GA win and a few TW battles prior.

I use iOS but this happens both in my iPad and in my iPhone.

Moreover even more important than this bug I also have random crashes, both during battles/events or in shops. Not even preceded by a slowing game, but directly a crash without warning or apparent trigger. This is happening since the QoL update.
