Game freezing entering battles

Same thing here, game crashes randomly every day 2 or 3 times when entering a battle ... This is really *, mostly when it happens at gac using your best squad....

I just had this happen in a GAC battle. Nothing else open, cleared my cache before going into GAC. Ran every battle just fine until fleets. On my second fleet battle, when sending rebels into Thrawn empire it crashed like this. Waiting 2 minutes....nothing. minimized the game, brought it back, just black screen, ate my team, and now I lose because I can't kill thrawn and exec with malevolence and Mace windu leftovers. What was a win in the bag is 1000 crystals down the drain.

I am down over 2k crystals now from gac matches i would have won.  

S21+ user, crashes EVERY gac since mods update.

I was lucky 1 gac match my guy sucked, maybe he had a samsung too!

No crystaks for this i am sure, maybe 1 OG chewie shard!

Another GAC, another set of freezes. Tonight was my sep vs thrawn.... and oh, let's see when that happened last time???? Come on CG, when are you going to do something. This is absolutely absurd. We're losing matches and there's been not even a carrot of compensation.

Same here. Lost jmk in gac duee to this no the gac is not winable. Also lost some tw battles because of this. 

I also have a Samsung galaxy...

Do something against it at least confirm that this is a known bug.

Been happening to me since update on my S21.  Have dropped battles in arena and GAC.  Just dropped SLKR and LV back to back in P4 TB.

Mine only freezes when I have slkr hux and sith trooper in a squad. But freezes every time I load that squad

@EA_Gunner  at what point are you planning to acknowledge this and respond. This lack of communication is embarrassing. I'd strongly suggest doing everything you can to keep this job, cause you suck at managing support (coming from someone else who, as a small part of my role is to manage a support team for a fortune 500 company). I have entry level offshore team members that even know better than to act like this.

Pproblem came with your last update 09/14/22 (mod QOL).
Game freezes on battle load screen. nothing happens , even if i wait a loooong time. Game and Sound hangs up.
This happens on one battle of 5.
I am loosing my GAC because of that!! My crystals((
Device: samsung galaxy s20+. Android 12 (one ui 4.1) - all samsung updates installed.

This problem came exactly from 14 september. And still happens every day in different battle types (TW,tb,gac...).

I tried to clean cache, to reinstall game. Nothing changed(( still hang up
