Game freeze/ stuck loading forever when clicking allies or player overview

If I click on my name in the top left of the screen to check arena ranks, or click on the allies button, the game gets stuck in the loading wheel. This happens every time without fail, and has been this way for a week. please fix if you can, I can't invite people to the guild while this continues, and just had a spot open up. THANKS!
