Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dont know just me and some friends happen theres video clip with the sony report they have at least a hundred of the clips of me erroring out

Are you getting a CE-34878-0 blue screen error? PlayStation has some steps around that error message in the link below.
We've seen reports of the "Convert Incoming Voice to Chat Text" causing crashes. Try turning that off in the Audio tab under settings.
