Summarize your bug Yesterday I clicked on grand arena, with only 3 seconds until launch by accident (fat fingers) and got disconnected from the server error code 9.57, not been able to load the game since, same error 9.57 with wifi or with mobile data on two separate devices with two mobile data plans, when I log out of Game Center I can play the game as a new account without issue, as soon as I log into Game Center to play my account, error 9.57 please restart it contact us

It was nothing that you did or had any effect on, it was something in the back end which has now been fixed.
