What happens when the bug occurs? The entire game crashes me to desktop with an error message "CreateTexture2D failed for GRT_Task_DoCreate om '(no debug name)' with HRESULT 0x887a0005 width: 512 height: 512 mips: 10 imgFormat: 0x00000048"
What should be happening instead? Playing the game successfully
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, IO was crashe3d out of it 3 times in 1 game

When I'm playing the game just fine, I will get random crashes that kick me out. I am lucky that I can re-connect and re-join my team but it's not fair as I'm playing ranked and it has cost me many points. It's not as frequent as it was at the start of the season but it is now getting to the point I'm thinking of no longer playing. Please can you get back to me with an idea of how long this might take to fix as this never ever happened to me before the season 13 update. I've already uninstalled and re-downloaded/installed Apex to try to solve the issue but it didn't
