Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the new GC, there is a weird animation slowdown / stutter when GG does his AOE. The game froze but recovered. But in my GAC match, SLKR AOE animation froze and never recovered.

We have attempted to reproduce it, but we do not see any animation slowdown or stutter when GG uses his AoE in the Galactic Challenges.

Regarding the freeze in your GAC match, that looks like a game crash. Please follow our troubleshooting steps to try and help with crashes. Hope this helps.
