What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and crashes and gives me either the game crash error code or not updated software error code. Everything is up to date

We'll try going through some troubleshooting and see if we can get this fixed. When exactly does the crash happen? When you enter any mode accept free skate? Also, try restoring your licenses with these steps and rebuild your database with the instructions here. Thanks!

It crashes as soon as the create a character on world of chel loads, and as soon as the game loads up for Stanley cup game

Thanks for getting back to me. It sounds like you can create a player in WoC, but then when trying to load it the crash occurs? Is it possible to edit that player still? If so, can you try changing all the gear as well as face, hair, etc. to something else? Possibly, there's a particular selection that is causing this.
