Summarize your bug It’s been 5 days, the app will not open, it gets past loading to the white circle and crashes. I’ve deleted it and reset my phone it doesn’t work. I know I’ve been kicked from my league and I’m behind on gameplay. If you can even fix I should get something

My issue is exactly the same, and I followed all of the steps including clearing the cache. Nothing works, and there is a problem.

Can you let us know if un-linking and then re-linking your Facebook account has any effect here please?

@EA_Barry it does not allow me to link the account with my Facebook. After uninstalling and reinstalling to get back to existing or new user screen it states that Facebook can’t log in. There are no problems with any other apps or my Facebook login. Regardless fb should not be relevant.

Yeah, none of this is working, It still crashes right before login. I have updated software so I am not sure what is the problem

Summarize your bug When I try to login to Google play the Google play loading and banner screen keeps popping up, to which i press the back button several times and it says I have logged in. I then click on exsisting user login to see I am already signed in to Google play. When i click on it it prompts me to the game loading screen which then crashes the game.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to sign into Google play.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes.
What do you expect to see? My phones home screen (lol)

I started having the same problem as well (except that I use FB to login). After the login screen, the loading screen appears and then crashes...been happening this for 3 days.
