Game crashes on Android OS 7.1.1 or lower after 04/12/2019 update

It was fixed and now it's crashing again. Android 7.0.0. Galaxy S6

I play with nox emulator. I had the same problem. Switching from Android 5.1.1 to 7.1.2 solved it for me. But I still have several guild members who can`t get into the game.

When is the compensation coming our way? You know some of us *could* have spent money on clothes, shoes, phones and stuff on black Friday sales instead of  on crystals and packs you know. Will sure think it twice for Christmas now....

Here are the specs of one of my guildmates:

Device: Huawei Honor 8

Android: 7.0 (can't be updated further than that)

The game works without googleplay. However when he tries to log into google play the game gets stuck on the attached screenshot.

Hmmm would be nice if someone would send an ingame email and at least said there was a problem with some explanation.

Some people lost gac,payouts,raids etc because of this, and there really is no info whatsoever??

Can we expect some compensation for this?

Hi all, this issue should be resolved now. If you are still encountering issues getting back into the game on Android devices OS lower than 8.0, please make sure you try the following:
- Make sure your device OS is up to date.
- Restart the device.
- If the above doesn't allow you to get back into the game, please perform a reinstall and let us know if you are still encountering issues (include your Ally Code please).
