Game crashes on Android OS 7.1.1 or lower after 04/12/2019 update

I just was able to get my energy, I luckily didn't skip any. Android 7.1.1, Works well. I had a 2 patches in a row, once when loading the cantina, one again a few seconds later in the cantina. They are  on it guys, be patient.

That's exactly why they shut down those threads.  They won't to minimize the attention to these problems as much as possible to make it seem less widespread to individuals having the actual problems.   I would say majority of android players are using an emulator or have a phone that's OS is lower than 8 and this crap is affecting everyone of them.  I'd say that is about as widespread as it gets.  So they send mods to knock the posts down.  Shaddy as hell but it does make sense if you look at it from a business perspective.

I've had "Heroes has stopped" for a few days, but at re-start it usually worked. When I mentioned it in my guild then, nobody seemed to have the same issue. And after this morning's issues, also no other member with this issue. So, it seems like it happens to a small group of players, but I'm sure thosands of players are affected. A number too big to be ignored by developers of a (maybe) dying game.

I could not play arena and missed both my payouts bacause of this issue.

Hopefully we who had this problem will get some good enough compensation and nőt just 200 crystal or less...

@I just noticed something: The gamr goes to hell as soon as Google Play logs in. I've had ot crash in the game for a week but i didn't mind it too much.
