Game crashes at end of stronghold, all gear/xp lost

Summarize your bug After 4 hours of gameplay. The game disconnected from the server, at the xp/unlock screen. Wich caused me to lose ALL the gear i got from the stronghold. Is it required to go through the whole xp/unlock screen for the gear to be in my inventory?
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through. See if the game disconnects. If so, see if the gear obtained is in your inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game disconnects All gear obtained is lost.
What should be happening instead? Should not disconnect. Should still have all the gear.

Summarize your bug At the end of the stronghold at the xp/unlock screen. The game disconnected from the server. And all the gear and experience from the stronghold was gone. I recieved nothing. After 3-4 hours of gameplay.

What happens when the bug occurs? All gear/ experience from the completed mission is lost.
What should be happening instead? All my gear should be in my inventory.

try going into a freeplay then immediately exiting - you should see your loot from the stronghold. This happens to me with aggravating frequency.

having this issue since beta, sorry, i meant demo. But at least I have never lost any item. Just go to freeplay and leave and all your items will be there.

This has happened to me 4 times in a row on the final boss for Tyrant Mine.  I'm on PC.  I have port forewarded, reinstalled, changed language.  Nothing seems to help me.  How are people finishing thew tyrant mine now?

Had the same happen today, game reset, back to Bioware intro and all lost all gear/ Ely key still consumed. free play launch & quit didn't bring items back. no blues/purples/masterworks or anything.
