Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe a CG developper could and try debuging the application, it could help a lot... Sanity check? Memory leak?

Game crashed twice in a row when I was in the sith raid between 21:10 and 21:30 local time (Paris) on 21st October.

No screen shot available.
Tried to record a video but it did not crash the 3rd time I played.

Team:
Shaak Ti lead with 501st.

What I have done just before the crash:

1st crash:
During Shaak Ti first turn:
- Long press on Shaak Ti ability to display its tooltip
- Long press on some 501st until Rex is found.
- Pressed Assault Team ability and selected Rex => Game crash

2nd crash:
During Shaak Ti first turn:
- Long press on Shaak Ti ability to display its tooltip
- Long press on some 501st until Arc Trooper is found.
- Pressed Training Exercises ability and selected Arc Trooper => Game crash

Tried a 3rd time with different combinaison of action during Shaak Ti turn, but the game did not crash.

We have checked the logs available to us for the times you provided (between 21:10 and 21:30 local time (Paris)) and we could not find any reason for your game crashes.

Your troubleshooting guide doesn't help at all.

If I have to reinstall the game, restart my phone and close all other application, you (EA/CG) should make a windows game or console game.

this is the answer on every game crash bug report - 

Does your QA play the game ?  there are too many lock=ups for them not to see this - either you don't test -or they are bad at their jobs - 

Maybe try reproducing the bug we are all seeing - Occurs in GAC, and arena with high multiple turn characters that call other characters or retaliate
