Game crash on console

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It happens mostly when playing the game but it crashes when I just sit in the lobby for too long as well

One of two things can happen. The first option is my game randomly will freeze and boot me back to the Xbox menu. There are no error codes or anything. Just a complete crash. The second thing is if I finish a longer game (ring 2 or 3) without a crash when I get back to the lobby I have to reboot the game in order ready up. As of right now I have timed it once between one instance of the game breaking and another and it was roughly 20 minutes. But my guess is it could happen between 10-20 minutes. A buddy of mine has been having the exact same issue to a T. His started in April ish while mine only started in July. The major change for me was I  moved apts and at my old one i had an Ethernet connection and at this new apt I only have a wifi connection. My friend has always had a wifi connection. We live in the same complex and have the same WiFi through different routers. Over the summer I took my Xbox to a different city and played apex on a different WiFi with no issues. No other game has this crashing issue when I am on my home WiFi. My friend was originally on an Xbox one x and has recently upgraded to a series x with no changes. In addition to all that occasionally if I sit in the lobby doing nothing for too long the game will freeze and I have to reboot to ready up.
