What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug The game froze during an animation and then after three minutes it crashed. I lost 15 dark side crystals and I expect to be compensated.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the supreme leader kylo ren galactic legend event and wait until the game crashed and you lose 15 dark side crystals.

@UtopianHermit hello, I got a freeze during a Light Side GL event and lost 60 tickets, posted everywhere, here, I didn't get any positive answere.
I did a customer support request and they told me they can't give any compensation for any bug and now, no answer at all from EA or CG.
