Game breaking Vantage Glitch

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. the area between refinery and epicenter, just before the bridge on the refinery side
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I think What Caused it was using Vantages echo launch ability

What happens when the bug occurs? After landing, I could not use, or pull out any guns, meds, grenades, abilities, or ultimate. You can open your inventory, ping, ADS (without a gun? it opens vantage's scope but i dont have a gun equipped or anything else),drop things, loot things, and you can only sometimes climb over something.
What should be happening instead? i should be able to use my anything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? as far as im aware it just occured while using vantages ability up a slope, maybe use the ability straight into a wall climb? idk.

I tried to fix it by leaving and rejoining the game, unplugging and re-plugging in my keyboard and mouse, i picked up a gun off the ground to switch weapons (didnt work), i went to a crafter menu, i got downed and revived, and nothing resolved the issue in game. the only thing i could do for the rest of the game was body block for my teammate and try to give him meds and things
