Game acts like Im playing for the first time

I have been playing this game for a few months now, I am at level 56. When I open the game it starts off like it's the first time I am playing. Another post(Made my an EA rep) said to go into setting and turn off tutorials, went into settings under the iOS, nothing for Heroes. Open the game and redo the entire tutorial and go into the in game settings, nothing. Now My account is gone and I am a little pissed off.

Did you link your app to the Game Center in the first place? That's how you save progress in SW:GoH, so technically you should be able to log back into your Game Center account via the app (check the settings) and your old game should be waiting for ya there.
