Game Texture Load Slowly And Sometimes Hang while Loading In Match

Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It Happens even if don't do anything

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I had to close game from task manager sometimes i had to restart my PC
What should be happening instead? 1- Texture Should be Render Immediately. 2- Game Shouldn't Hang on me. 3- I shouldn't See My Skins on Teammates.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know

1- Game Hang while Loading In Match.
2- Texture Load Slowly Even in Low Setting. It Start From Lobby To everywhere.
3- I can See My Squadmates Using My Skin In selection Menu.

As For Troubleshooting i did,

1- System File Checked

2- Cleaned Origin Cache

3- Tried With Google DNS

4- Clean Uninstall Origin and all games using Revo uninstaller

5- Uninstalled GPU Driver using DDU then Reinstalled

6- Then Reinstalled Origin And Only Apex

BTW All Ports are opened and UO trace result is quite good There is no issue in Net

same thing with me after the last update ( 03-Dec-2019 ) 
the game stuck and hang in game 

the texture of objects ( trees,,,boxes ,, cars ,,,etc ) load slowly maybe in 2s 
i see my skins in select character 

is this cuz of my game or my GPU 

spec : i7 3770 ...gtx1050ti ,,,

 My Texture Problem Was happening From Season 2.

I Reported it that time After Lots Of Troubleshoot They Said They Cant Do Anything so there Going to tell Developers to fix this.

But It Still Happening By The Time Its Getting Worse adding More Problems.

Update: I did total clean install Windows And Re Downloaded Only apex.
It didn't Changed anything, i'm Having Same Problem As Before.
Texture Loading Slowly.
