So I am making this post because it seems like CG thinks they fixed the issue but It has not been resolved for many. What happened is this morning I tried to buy a gear pack (this problem affected any purchases made) and got Error Code: 60. This code prevented me from playing the game because every time i would restart the game id get this error code seconds later. I looked up some troubleshooting tips as well as reached out to EA Support and they told me to Uninstall and then Reinstall the app. Because I did this whenever I load up the game I am stuck in the "Checking for Update" Screen and then the app crashes. There are many of us with this problem and with GAC stating in the next couple minutes we are all Frustrated. Please give us conformation that you realize there is still an issue here.

This happened to me on my iPhone when Resistance Hero Finn came out. Got a crash while trying to buy the pack, tried reinstalling and have been locked out ever since.
I do have an iPad so I have been able to play on that until this morning when the same thing happened trying to buy a pack. I also deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPad and got locked out. I completely erased my iPad (twice) and was finally able to log in.

Same issue here. Can't get in after multiple restarts. Just talked to support and they seemed to give no indication on when it would be fixed and just suggested restarting the game.
