Hi!
Was your account connected to google play? The account is per device unless connected with google play that allows you to use multiple devices with your account. If you can go back to old device you could connect your account with google play account and continue playing with new device.
Otherwise you might need your ally code/player id to resurrect your account and you have to contact support directly. I don't know whether they do re-connect old accounts.
