Summarize your bug The ability buttons disappear and the game freezes. Cannot even hit the auto button. Faced it in arena, TW
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use JTR, BB 8, Poe, Finn, RT. BB 8 uses 1st special Then JTR uses her special to attack and just before hitting the opponent the screen freezes

Never faced this bug before. It seems to be a problem with JTR only. Her special calling an ally causes this.

Even the background animations freeze

Can happen anywhere, even idle in main screen or during logout. There are alot of posts similar to yours, yet all ignored
