Game Crashing With No Error at Seemingly Random Times

★★★★ Novice

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Intel Core i5 9600k with RTX 2060 6GB
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Zuxhn
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Anywhere on the map
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. playing the game normally. Nothing happening
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1-2
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 2/23/21 3:33 PM HST (Hawaiian Standard Time)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Randomly at any point in the game, Apex Legends will freeze for 2-5 seconds before closing and sending me to my desktop. I get no error, however, a file is created in the crashpad folder every time this occurs. I am able to reconnect to the game by relaunching Apex.
What should be happening instead? I should be playing the game without crashing every other game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure on how to recreate this bug, but it seems to consistently happen every one to two games.

DxDiag file attached.

Hey, @prdxxd  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Let me know if this works or not for you. Standard smile
