Game Crashes - Engine Error

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It happened in two different places, the most recent was the swamps
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It happened either when I hit "Shift" or "Space"

What happens when the bug occurs? An alert pops up saying: Engine Error 0x887a0006 dxgi_error_device_hung apex legends Then the game closes in the middle of my match.
What should be happening instead? Gameplay
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, click space and shift? I'm not sure why this error has occurred. It has happened multiple times and the only common factor was I was hitting the space and shift buttons.

Then the game closes in the middle of my match.

I get the same issue with my RTX 1660.

I get those crashes too (RTX 2060, 16GB RAM, Win10, all Drivers up2date). Sometimes i can play whole rounds without any problems. But then i get those crashes like 4 times in a row at the beginning or the middle of a round. Really annoying because you never know if you can play your current match till the end. I'm waiting for a final patch now. I have tried everything.

Disabled windows full screen optimization

run apex as an admin

repairing the game files in origin (helps only for a couple of matches)

downgrading nvidia driver on 417.xx (less crashes, but they are still there)

I am not touching this game until these annoying crashes are fixed!

Hurry up EA! You are losing players every day, when this problem is not getting solved.
