Game Crash in GAC battle, Any remediation?

Summarize your bug Game crashed and exited right after I clicked battle in Grand Arena. The battle recorded failed and I lost my fleet. I posted the recording below. I need remediation: give me back the lost banners at the very least, because I'm competing to top in Kyber league and I can't afford this kind of non-sense costing my banners.

We have looked the the logs available to us and cannot see a reason for the crash that you ran into.

Can you please take a look at our troubleshooting guide in case it helps prevent this in the future.

Unfortunately, the results/rewards of battles or rounds in GAC are final and cannot be changed.

Same here, was clicking in GAC to see opponent number of fight with my defence. The game crash and quit. Had to restart the game and works normally. Rare occurrence not every time. It was not in fight, all fight was done from both side when it happened. It is mostly linked with the yesterday’s update. Never happened before.
