How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play World of Chel and finish the first period in club play 3v3
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen just turns blue after the first period and just has this spiral logo until someone leaves the game which causes the team who left a loss. The game is purely stuck there until someone leaves
What do you expect to see? I expect a resolution because the game is purely unplayable past the first period. This issue was NOT happening on the PS4 version of the game

This is entirely unplayable in its current setting and I have seen other posts that are similar. This game has been out for how long? This should not be an issue

Thanks. Next, both of you should try rebuilding your databases with these instructions and restoring your licenses with these steps. If that doesn't help, try changing up your gear, celebrations, intros, etc.

On PS5 in EVERY World of Chel club game, we play the first period and after the first period the screen just goes blue and it stays blue until someone leaves. Forcing the leaving team to take a loss. The game is just frozen until someone leaves

When I tried a drop in game it did not happen it was only happening in eashl club games

Try changing the customization options for your arena. It's possible there is an issue with one of these choices or a combination of them that might cause this to happen.

We just started the club... Everything is the default option we never made any changes

Could you still try changing your club's jerseys, logo and anything else that could be modified? If not, you could also try creating a new club to see if it continues.
