Galactic War Glitch, PLEASE HELP!

I'm several matches into Galactic War and when I try to start this match, the game glitches and it ends the match. I can't proceed. Can you reset the match or reset the whole galactic war? I would like to get the rewards today for completing it, but since I can't progress past this match, that's impossible.

I have already spent an hour or so on the phone with Customer Service and ultimately I was told to leave feedback on the forum. As you know, this is time sensitive as the timer will restart tomorrow and I will lose out on today's rewards. Please help
