Galactic Ascension Froze, Dark Side Currency Missing

Summarize your bug I saved up enough dark side currency to attempt tier V of the Final Order Galactic Ascension for Sith Eternal Emperor. I was doing the battle and the Ultimate was activated. It went to the cut screen to show him charging up, then went back to the battle and everything went dark. I could see the characters very vaguely. Then the game shut down. I went back in and my 70 dark side currency was gone. I would really just like the currency back so i can try the tier again. thanks

We have checked the logs available to us and cannot find a reason for any freeze. When we checked your account there are no registered attempts for Tier 5 so it looks like there could have possibly been some connection issue. Can you please make sure that you have a strong stable connection when playing. Please also see our troubleshooting guide. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem on Tier VI for the ultimate material. Game froze after I beat it for the ninth time, while SLKR and two other FO officers stood there waiting. I waited along with them for a couple of minutes until I switched out to check my internet connection through Safari. When I switched back, the game restarted itself. Dark Side Currency gone. No ultimate material awarded.

EA Support stated there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO to resolve this. They can't grant the ultimate material. They can't refund the Dark Side Currency. They can't even grant energy to try to reacquire the Dark Side Currency to replay the Tier. All they will do is give you helpful tips to troubleshoot connectivity issues in the future.
